Message to sfG Customers re Covid-19
Given the developing Covid-19 situation, we wanted to update you on measures sfG Software has in place to ensure we can continue to support you, while reducing risk to individuals.
First of all, it is our intention to continue to deliver the IT Support that you have been used to. All our staff are able to work from home and we can continue to provide support even if the entire sfG office is closed. For now, based on the latest official advice, we are increasing home working for our staff, but still intend to keep a presence in the office so that we can deal with hardware and other support issues. But if we ever do need to close the office then we have all the technology in place so we can continue our operation while working from home.
So our remote support should continue unchanged – you should still contact us either by email (support@sfgsoftware.com) or phone (01463 630300) and your emails and calls will be answered.
If you require a site visit then we will discuss with you the urgency of the request and any likely risk. We may suggest we delay on-site visits for any non-urgent requests. For any urgent requests which require a site visit, we will discuss with you what measures we can put in place to reduce the risk of any visit, ie reducing social contact as much as possible. So please bear with us and help us out with prioritising and risk-assessing.
The current situation will cause us all challenges, but rest assured that sfG are well positioned to continue to provide you with the support you need.
